Somebody left a response on one of my Plurks, he/she asked:
WHY ARE YOU FAMOUS?
I found it as an intriguing yet interesting question. I dunno what the hell did it mean. But, you can read my answer up there. :) The question itself sounds like some phrases in Sophie’s World: “who are you?” and “where’s the world come from?”. It leads to an enormous amount of answers.
I’ve been through a lot of things, here are some quick updates:
- I hate the fact that I’ve been living in this district my whole life, and I’m already 18 but my name is not on the list of voters. Moreover, my dad is the Ketua TPS. His name is not even on the list, and my mum’s either! wtf? I want to be a part of history too, like you guys…
- I went to London again last week, just got back on last Saturday. I attended Global Changemakers at The London Summit 2009. I’ll tell you more about it…..later!
- Last night I was invited to read the Modernisator Manifesto at Modernisator Speakers Forum 4, Hotel Nikko Jakarta. Best of all, my mum was there!
- I’ve been eating a lot!! And it feels greeeatttt!!
- I got accepted in University of Indonesia, to study Broadcasting. Alhamdulillah, I’m really grateful of that, but I’m still uncertain because it’s a vocational degree and I want to finish my Bachelor degree ASAP. What do you think? Lemme know, I want to hear from you, guys.
- If I don’t go to UI, I probably will study ARTS!! YAYY!!
- I’m going to face final exams in less than two weeks. Wish me luck!

what arts are you thinking about? where? anyway, i think you got it to be a broadcaster type of person. you’ve always been the outspoken ‘stage’ person and i’ve always been the person behind the scene. the quiet cool one, eh? hahaha

I’ve been eating a lot too (in my whole life) and it feels greaaaat too (when I’m doing it) but feels threatening (when I think about my size) hahaha. aduh UAN, gawat land gw kurang maksimal nih tau ga dimana tempat beli semangat? haha

no way, thats not fair, you’re the good looking hunk, johnny and i’m the weird ugly looking genius? hahahah i’d rather be… hm michel gondry and you could be stéphane (the science of sleep) man but thenn again he’s more good looking. gahhh! hahaha yeah nda, i’m not sure i want the same things anymore when i get back. i’m not sure i want to go to a ‘serious’ school. i’ve always wanted to do art and if my parents says yes thats what i’m going to do

wah congrats yaaaa keterima UI, broadcasting kynya pas deh buat lo Nda! but then again it is suuuuuch an exciting dream having your own studio in your house and just paint. Thats what i’ll be doing, i guess :-D

hello alanda, i’m visiting back! anyw about university, and what you’re going to learn there, i always think it doesn’t really matters. in the end, it all will certainly depend on ourselves, whether we could be the best in any way we choose, or not. dan yang kedua, we shouldn’t worry too much as long as we’re married!

Congrats on getting accepted at Ui! The time you need to graduate for your degree does not depend on what major you take, it really depends on you, if you get good grades and never miss classes, you’ll graduate really quick! Being in college is all about your choice, if you choose to graduate asap, then you can, it just depends on how you try to make it come true. Anyway, what kind of art are you planning to take? Thanks a lot, Cass. I’m planning to take visual comm design as my major, i’ve been wanting that for my major since i got into high school and learned many things from my uncle who’s an art director. but other things such as grades and influences from other people buried that intention and now i already got the way to study it i’m 99% sure that i want to do it for college! btw gak mau dicoba duaduanya? tante gue ada yang ambil s1 t.industri dan d3 advertising, jd lulusnya enak, double degree hehe, ilmu yg didapet jg dobel.
I go with dkv :) ngeliat anak-anak dkv di kampus iri deh, kuliahnya terlihat sangat sangat fun.

I got scholarship already, tapi di Indonesia. :) Nggak jadi ambil DKV nih Nid, tetep komunikasi kayaknya. Ah, itu buku nulisnya bareng temen, gue juga nggak tau kalo itu mau diterbitin hihihi. Thanks!
